Can anyone tell me about this Palmer pool cue?

It has the "PALMER" logo on the butt cap.

    This is an inexpensive import cue, and is unrelated to the famed Palmer Billiard Corp. of Elizabeth, NJ from the 1970s. The name was "taken" by overseas makers.

    This is a Palmer import cue from Taiwan I believe. They were distributed in North America through a few different small-time distributors over the years.

    I can't pinpoint the exact Palmer model number (because the brochures and catalogs are very hard to find), but this cue was a Palmer import cue made in the late 1990s or early 2000s overseas.

    They are generally regarded as decent pool cues, but aren't worth more than $50. In most cases, the designs are painted on or are decals affixed to the cues. Not real inlays. They retailed new for between $69 and $149 at the time I believe.
