Billiards RSS Feeds Comments

Hi my name is Daniel. I am about to start an eCommerce business selling certified billiards equipment, and I have a question about the RSS feeds on the Billiards Forum.
I am getting my feet wet in drop-shipping billiard supplies and trying to prepare for my new business venture in the pool/snooker/billiards business.
I've located and spoke to both my distribution center and made cold calls to even a manufacturer. They were all true professionals and spoke just like regular people (not what I expected). I have fallen into some bumps in the road but have not given up and won't give up.
To be honest my website is still being built because I don't want to rush this. Well into my venture I looked up content and forums and blogs about billiards for maybe a boost, but I really don't understand legal issues with RSS feeds. I do not want to infringe on anybody's written information but I notice other sites and businesses do this.
Can you please help me?
Thank you so much for your time and patience I am just starting out in what will hopefully be a legal billiard eCommerce business in every way.

It sounds like you are off to a good start with your billiard supplies business.
If you review the billiards RSS feeds on this page, you will see that they are basically just listings of recent posts/articles, etc. We publish them to be consumed by users (for notifications) and by other websites (to display links to our fresh content)... so feel free to move forward.
The feeds don't contain the entire content of the pages, but rather, just a title, link, and a small snippet in most cases. They are meant for others to consume and display on their website.
All terms of service and other legal notices apply to the use of the billiard RSS feeds, e.g. we provide them "as-is" and do not guarantee availability, up-time, etc. You must use the RSS feeds as provided by the Billiards Forum, and you may not edit or modify the text, content or links supplied by the Billiards Forum e.g. you can't strip out the links back to the Billiards Forum, etc.
You can view all of the legal terms here. By using the RSS feeds you agree to be bound by our terms of service.
Generally, feeds are for "personal use only" but you have requested written permission, and you can consider this reply to be our agreement and approval for you to display the feed's content on your site, in accordance with all other terms outlined in the legal section of this website.
Let me know if that answers your question(s), and good luck with your business.
