Identify Cue with Carved Handles and Metal Spacers
Can anyone ID these carved handle pool cues with metal spacers?
I am not sure what kind of pool cues these are. Are they from the 1950s? 1970s?
Also, they have metal spacers. What are those for?

They're inexpensive import cues and not worth anything to the serious pool player.
The spacers are there for adjusting weight.
