4-Piece Pool Cue with Carved Handle

I have a 4-piece pool cue with a carved handle and I want to identify it.

The pool cue has red-ish rings and some thinner ivory-looking rings. It also has thin silver rings, and also some weird silver washers at the joints.

    I have one as well and know nothing about it it even has a box that came with it. I believe it is a Rich Q but could be wrong. I would like to know the value of this pool cue also.

    What about this carved pool cue with inlays? Seems like a similar joint.
