ID Carved Cue Made with "Canadian Maple Processed in Japan"

ID Carved Cue Made with "Canadian Maple Processed in Japan"

I am trying to find out the name of this pool cue. I was given this cue by my Dad.

Most of the stickers are no longer readable, but one says

Canadian Maple Processed in Japan

Any help would be appreciated.

It is a W.F.S. pool cue made in Japan.

It's more a novelty item than it is a pool cue. It would be of no interest to the casual-to-serious pool player of today.

They're not really worth anything more than it's utility value—somewhere between $5 and $20. Not worth anything to the serious pool player or collector.

Perhaps in your case, the sentimental value would far exceed the monetary value of the item.

In general, WFS cues are inexpensive imported pool cues from Japan and Taiwan and sold through big-box stores like Wal-Mart, K-Mart, J.C. Penny, Sears, Montgomery Ward, etc.
