My guess is that it is a Dufferin cue since it's Canadian, but that's just a guess.

The name plate only references that it's made from Canadian maple, but this cue was made in Japan.
It is a W.F.S. pool cue. This is an inexpensive import brand that is/was sold through big-box stores like Wal-Mart, K-Mart, J.C. Penny, Sears, Montgomery Ward, etc.

They're not really worth anything more than it's utility value—somewhere between $5 and $20. Not worth anything to the serious pool player or collector.
Here's one that has a near-perfect label that is for sale in Michigan for $40, and the seller most likely won't achieve a sale that price.
