   The Acme Billiard Supply Co. was a small local pool table manufacturer based out of Los Angeles, California between the 1930s and the 2000s.

   They produced furniture-style residential-grade pool tables which were generally of good quality.

   I can't tell you any more than that without seeing the entire pool table, as I can't identify the model from just the name plate.
