ID Old Pool Cue with Playing Cards and Multi-Colored Wrap

ID Old Pool Cue with Playing Cards and Multi-Colored Wrap

Can anyone help to identify this old pool cue with playing cards on the butt (a royal flush in spades)?

It has a blue and white multi-colored wrap, a few points in the forearm, and the joint pin is part of the shaft, not the cue.

   It is a low-end import cue featuring a really bad appropriation of an iconic "gambler" cue design made popular by Bob Meucci of Meucci cues.

   It's not worth anything as a serious pool cue.
