Id Older Cue with Cards in the Butt Sleeve

Any idea who makes this older pool cue with clubs cards in the butt sleeve? It is an older cue; I found it cleaning out my parents basement (and they haven't had a pool table for years).

    This style is a commonly knocked-off Meucci design that Bob Meucci made famous in the 1970s and 1980s (through the various Meucci Gambler cues).

    I don't know for sure, but I would say that based on the low-quality of the embedded playing cards (notice the uneven white border at the top), that it's probably a cheap knock-off import cue.
