Cake Pool Rules
Hello Everyone,
We've recently republished an old set of rules we had laying around for a snooker-based game called Cake Pool. Unfortunately though, I can not find any information on the game, such as history or a verifiable source.
If anyone has any information on the game of Cake Pool, verifiable or not, I would appreciate hearing about it. Mainly I'm looking to verify some historical information about the game such as where and when it was created, and such.
This question relates to the following billiard rules:

After some extended effort in researching the origin of Cake Pool I've come to the conclusion that somewhere along the the Snooker ball trail (years ago) some dedicated players (maybe after a few pints) decided to add a new dimension to the regular snooker ball game because the rules are basically the same. As a result, I believe Cake Pool just evolved as by-product of Snooker and was accepted by the players because it still lives on. As does the pints.
P.S. I believe that someone (pint'ed or not) after the game was over said: That was a piece of cake.
