TLDR; - In terms of how much your Macon Billiard Supply Co. pool table is worth - you can consider it the same as a Gandy pool table of similar style.
There are tons of used Gandy pool tables for sale, so should be easy to find similar looking models for sale on classified sites like eBay and Craigslist.
I dug into it a little, and found that I was incorrect in my answer to the previous "Macon Billiard Supply Co." pool table question listed above.
Turns out, the Macon Billiard Supply Co. was, in a way, the predecessor of "Gandy's Industries" (aka Gandy Industries), the company which made Gandy pool tables.
The history, roughly, is as follows (I think; The Georgia Corporations Division's records on the matter are choppy/sketchy/incomplete, at best):
1959-07-11 - Roy Irwin Gandy (August 16, 1912 - March 15, 1978), along with E. W. Sharp, G. G. Hall, and M. T. Sasser, starts the Maco Supply Corporation. As far as I can tell, they did business as "Macon Billiard Supply, Co.".
1970-10-16 - Maco Supply Corporation changes it's corporate name to "Gandy's Industries, Inc", which manufactured Gandy pool tables.
1986-01-21 - An article in the Los Angeles Times lists "Kim Gandy" as "president of Gandy's Industries" and noted that Gandy's "is a leader in the market for higher-priced, regulation-size tables, and Gandy’s has a big share of the coin-operated market."
1988-06-30 - Gandy's Industries, Inc. merges into Kenneth H. Bauer & Associates, Incorporated (aka KHB, created 1987-10-06, run by Kenneth and Steven Bauer), was completed. KHB then changed it's name to, wait for it, Gandy's Industries, Inc. In fact it wasn't really a merger, it was a leveraged buyout of Gandy's by KHB, with additional financial backing from Philip A. Sellers & Co., Inc.
1994-02-01 - Gandy's Industries, Inc. (as owned by the Bauers and Mr. Sellers), was forced into foreclosure after it was unable to repay it's many bridge financing loans. Philip A. Sellers & Co., Inc. purchased Gandy's assets from the foreclosure, and continued to operate the Gandy brand under "Macon Manufacturing, Inc" (formed 1994-01-13 by Phillip Sellers for this purpose).
So, for all intents and purposes, you can probably consider your pool table to be of the same quality and rough value as early Gandy pool table models of similar build and style.
One last artifact of proof linking the two companies - a Macon Billiard Supply Co. catalog which (faintly) lists Gandy's Industries, Inc. directly under it's name on the cover:
