What are the dimensions for the location for the circle spot that goes on the pool table cloth where you put the rack of balls?

   The pool table spot goes on the foot-spot of the pool table. This is found in the center of the pool table (width-wise) along a line between the 2nd diamonds up from the foot-rail.

   I am also wondering here the spots should be placed at each end of an 8 foot pool table.
