Help Identify Old Pool Table

I do not have much information on this other than it has been in my parent’s basement for half a century. It’s in bad shape, but someone out there might want it and we need to get it out of the house. Can anyone help me identify it?

    What number does the design patent tag have on it?

    I can't make it out in the photo.

    It is difficult to read. It’s either 23937 or 28937. A small chance it’s 28987. Do any of those help?
