   It is an Adam FG-5 "Dagger" cue model from the late 1970s and early 1980s.

   It doesn't really have much collectible value, and they aren't worth a whole lot in general. Likely somewhere between $100 and $200.

   The latest one I have in my notes sold on eBay for $182.50. It was in roughly the same condition as yours. Another one listed in the same month for $399 didn't sell at that price.

   Vintage Adam FG-5 Pool Cue. I don’t know much about this. It measures about 58” long and is in good used condition, with some wear from use.
