   It's a novelty item of low quality from overseas. I believe it converts into a walking cane.

   There's no notable brand associated with these cues.

   If you want more information on this cue, see this previous question:

   It has no significant value as a playing pool cue or a collectible pool cue, other than it's marginal value as a novelty item.

   They are on eBay all of the time. It's worth $10 to $20, maybe.
