Is this a Schmelke Pool Cue?

Is this a Schmelke Pool Cue?

I am trying to determine what type of pool cue this is.

Is it a Schmelke pool cue? It has a similar-looking brass joint as the ones pictured in an older post titled Help Identifying A 1970s Schmelke Pool Cue. Also looks like a Schmelke-style rubber bumper as well.

   I think it's an Adam cue. They made cues with that joint and black ring.

   In either case it would be a bottom-of-the-line cue.
