Identify My Meucci Original - 84-4, LH-2, or MO 4.5?

Identify My Meucci Original - 84-4, LH-2, or MO 4.5?

Can you help identify my Meucci Originals pool cue? It has two points, and looks like a Meucci 84-4 cue, but the inlay colors are wrong.

The closest I could find was a Meucci Originals LH-2, which looks identical but mine has the "Meucci Originals" logo on the butt.

Best I can tell the Meucci is an 84-4 or a MO 4.5.

The older Meucci Originals MO4.5 cue would usually have a brass joint pin.

Yours is likely a version of the Meucci Originals 84-4 with a custom veneer stain.

You should check out the post titled Looking for an Id for My Meucci Original and I think you'll see some variations in veneer stain colors in some of the photos there.

These cues sell for anywhere between $150 and $300 depending on condition, etc. Yours seems pretty banged up, so you'll be looking at the lower-end of that range.

Variations in stains and veneers colors won't make any appreciable difference in value. And likely there are such variations in a single model anyway.

That said, these cues can surprise on Ebay and sometimes pull more than one might expect. A cue like that is a couple hundred bucks in my book, and needs to be refinished which kills the value to me.
