ID Wood Cue with Stainless Steel Joint Collar, Black Wrap

Any ideas on what kind it might be?

I have never seen one like it. Has brown wood forearm and butt sleeve, a black wrap, and a stainless steel joint collar.

    It looks like it could be a Viking pool cue, but I'd like better photos of this cue before I start digging.
