I am trying to find out how old this Meucci Original cue is, and also how much this cue is worth.

   No way to tell based on those photos alone, but best guess is that it's a more recently made cue (and not one of the older versions from the famed MO series).

   This model was in released in more than one series, across multiple years (and decades). Unless it has a brass joint pin, you can never narrow down the age.

   Value isn't as good as one might think for a Meucci Original because there are so many of this model around. They are so easy to find in mint / perfect / brand new-like condition.
