1991 Brunswick Pool Cue ID

1991 Brunswick Pool Cue ID

Can anyone help me identify this Brunswick pool cue?

I bought it in Canada in 1991.

I would like to get a new shaft.

Any help with ID and joint pin type would be appreciated.

You have a Brunswick GC-6 pool cue from the Brunswick Gold Crown series circa early-to-mid 1990s.

You might be a little early with the 1991 purchase date. Are you certain on that?

It was the top of the line in that series.

They were manufactured by Joss Cue.

I've read that Joss used a non-standard joint on these cues on this other earlier question about Joss-made Brunswick pool cues:

FYI - These Joss-made Brunswick cues use an odd pin - the 5/16x13 Brunswick.

Standard Joss replacement shafts will not fit.

I have not personally verified this with Joss.

Here's the cue from the Brunswick Gold Crown pool cues brochure. Sorry for the quality, it's the only image we have in our archives at the moment.
