Definition of Stiff
Stiff is a billiards slang term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.
A stiff is a bank sitting at an angle that cannot be safely played. This type of shot situation is sometimes referred to as a stiff.
Also, in gambling terms, to stiff someone is to not pay them after a loss.
