Definition of Granny

Granny is a billiards slang term that is a part of Skill Level Terminology.

A pool player is granny (or is a granny) if he or she has not scored any points / pocketed any balls in a game.

More commonly spelled grannie.

I was granny last night for 5 games in a row. I was granny in the 6th game until almost the end when I finally pocketed a ball.
