Again, this is a pocketless carom billiard table. These pocketless pool tables are used for billiard games such as carambole billiards and artistic billiards. Also, if you look to the top left of the image, you can see a second level which can act as sort of an observation deck for onlookers, giving them a birds-eye view of the billiard table.
