    In general, it is common to classify a pool table as an antique pool table if it is over 100 years old.

    Some pool tables which are not yet 100 years old may still be classified as antique, if they are still very old e.g. 80-99 years old, AND also either:

    1. show a degree of craftsmanship or a significant design, or
    2. are particularly rare and collectible

    But in general, the 100-year threshold PLUS showing a degree of craftsmanship is a good rule of thumb.
