1923 Brunswick Balke Collender Pool Table Custom Medalist?

We have a Brunswick Balke Collender pool table, circa 1923, for sale as shown below. We're not sure of the model, but given the shape of the legs and the year, we're guessing a custom version of the Medalist. The first leg shows the most wear on the veneer, while the rest have minor dings and such. The table is dusty, but shows the cobwebs well.

The table is resting on one inch wood blocks since 1965 in our basement. We don't know the history before that date, though we'd love any recommendations on how to figure it out. Local pool hall from 1923 - 1965??? If you'd like more details or photos reply and I'll post. If interested, please let us know.

This table resides in the Milwaukee, WI area.
