Value of Thomas Aaron Pool Table Model VT213

Value of Thomas Aaron Pool Table Model VT213

I am looking for some valuation info on how much a model VT213 Thomas Aaron pool table is worth.

My friend in FL is looking to sell a Thomas Aaron table that her and her former husband purchased in St.Louis 10-12 years ago.

The pool table was only used about 5 times and then placed in climate controlled storage.

It has all-black felt (in mint condition) as well as four cues, triangles, balls, etc. in mint condition.

Any idea what a reasonable asking price for a pool table like this would be?

It's a standard "nothing special" residential-grade pool table.

As you probably read in other posts, there are so many on the market, it's hard to get a reasonable price for a used pool table.

Might get somewhere between $500 and $1000. If you are in no rush to sell, you can always post high.

You have to price them keeping in mind that someone looking to buy is always asking "what other pool tables are for sale that I can get for the same price as this one?" The answer, right now, is "lots!".

If you were to price it at, say, $1500, someone could go out and get a second-hand Brunswick Gold Crown for that price, which is a professional-grade pool table.
