How Much is a Fischer Questor Pool Table Worth?

How Much is a Fischer Questor Pool Table Worth?

I have a Fischer (Vestor?) which I am trying to sell in the Seattle Area.

Does anyone have any ideas on how much a Fischer pool table is worth, or where to sell it?

The pool table is in great shape, and it should go to someone who appreciates the game and the craft of the pool table.

FYI - the model name is not "Vestor". What you see on the Fischer pool table name plate is Fischer by Questor. Questor was the parent company of the Fischer brand pool tables at the time.

I can't tell you the exact model of your Fischer pool table as you've only uploaded one photo of the name plate.

I can't advise on exact value either, since we don't know the exact model.

Local classified sites are your best bets for finding a buyer. You can also try contacting local pool table retailers in your area, and asking if they do consignment, etc.

In general terms, though, you can expect to get $200 to $600 for the pool table if you are selling via a classified site. Perhaps a bit more if sold through a billiard supply store.

As I tell everyone lately, the market for used pool tables is saturated. With hundreds of used pool tables for sale at any given time (probably more like thousands in a big city like Seattle), it is a buyer's market. People are practically giving away used pool tables. I even see ads for people who will pay a buyer to come and take the pool table, as they just want to get rid of it. When you have these market conditions, it is tough to get a decent price for your pool table.

Anyway, I digress. Post some more photos if you would like further identification of the Fischer model name.

That would be remarkable. Thank you.

I'll get you that info asap.

With all that's been going on, I postponed the selling of my Fischer pool table. However, now is the time.

I would greatly appreciate any price range you could give me to post for selling the table and all that goes with it.

Here is what I know. The pool table is in very good shape, it comes with 3 cues, plus one that holds the cue for extended shots, a wooden wall mount cue holder, and wall hanging string beads for keeping score.

It's hardly been used in years and we keep a cover on it.

I still can't identify the Fischer model from the latest photos, but it doesn't really matter.

It's not worth much beyond it's utility value. Think well under $500. Here's why:

    • The pool table is of an outdated style from the 1970s/1980s
    • It is a residential-grade pool table and it has a cabinet made from low-quality engineered wood.
    • There's currently (and has been, and probably will continue to be) a flood of used, residential-grade pool tables on the market. You will often see pool tables like yours on Craigslist or other classified sites where the owners are just giving them away for free to the first person who comes and gets it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to get back to me and for your advice.

This information is very helpful. I will put it on craigslist asap.
