   Unfortunately, an installation manual for your specific pool table is going to be next to impossible to find. The company is long gone.

   Your best bet might be to have a pool table installer come in and do it for you, and you can watch/record the steps for future reference.

   Hard to beat a professional pool table installation and leveling.
