Brunswick Heritage Pool Table Side Pocket Removal

I have a 1972 Brunswick Heritage billiard table and I am looking for instructions on how to remove the leather side pockets to place the rails to spec 4" rails.

I have the corners at 3.5".

I also need to find the screws for the side pockets.

Does anyone know where I can find these?
