ATI Recreation Pool Table Model 3218 28 Parts Request

I have a 53 year-old, 8', ATI Recreation pool table, model "3218 28".

I am in need of replacement parts for the corner and side pocket joint inserts. These are the plastic parts that provide an interface between the rails.

I will probably need to have them 3d printed.
