Where can I find parts for a 1950 Exhibit Skill Pool 3 hole coin-op bumper pool table?

I have an Exhibit Skill Pool 3 hole coin operated (2 dimes) bumper pool table, circa 1950's. I'm about to start the refurbishment but I'm missing some components and have been unable to locate replacements. Being a vintage table, finding the right sizes is a challenge. I'd greatly appreciate any information on where to find suppliers and/or other sources for the following items.

• Balls are 1.75 inches in diameter (need one red ball but would buy any number up to a whole set - 5 red & 5 white)
• Bumpers with rubber rings (need 3 red and 3 white but again would buy any number up to a whole set). Bumpers have a base diameter of 1.2 inch (table hole size) and are 1.75 inches across at the rubber bumper.

   I recently acquired this gem - an Exhibit 3-Hole Skill Pool bumper pool table.

   I wanted to see if anybody could possibly answer some questions for me:

   1. The year that these 3-Hole Skill Pool Pool bumper pool tables were made, and,
   2. The rules for 3 hole bumper pool, and,
   3. A place to buy vintage parts for these bumper pool tables.
   4. I hear that the bumpers originally lit up

   Any information will be greatly appreciated.

   Parts for these are going to be tough. Best thing is to watch classifieds and set yourself up with some eBay alerts.

   Year would have been sometime around 1955 (as seen on the image below).
