Identify Model of a 7-Foot Fischer Pool Table

I have an old 7-foot Fisher pool table and would appreciate any details regarding it, like the model, a brochure, etc.

I’m also trying to determine if has a single-piece slate or a three-piece slate. There are supports underneath the table where the seams would be (if it is a 3-piece slate). I ran my hand along the too side and don’t feel any evidence of a seam or screws.
