Identify Model Number of H. Wagner & Adler Co. Pool Table with Highskore Cushions

I have a H. Wagner & Adler Co. pool table with a nameplate which says "Highskore Cushions" on the rails. It is a 5' x 9' pool table and has a three-piece slate. Under the pool table I can see the numbers:

Does anyone know what those numbers represent?

My father bought this H. Wagner & Adler Co. pool table back in the 1940s but we are trying to determine the year it was made and perhaps the model number and any other details.

My father would like to sell the pool table but we don't know what to ask and would appreciate any help.
