Identify "Galaxy" Pool Table

Please help me identify my pool table.

The name plate says "USA Galaxy 1975". I know that it has a 3-piece slate, and an 8-foot playing area.

Any advice be greatly helpful.

    I think it's a white-label pool table that was imported by Galaxy Home Recreation in Tulsa, OK.

    A number of big cue sports retailers did this. You can import pool tables with your company's name plate from overseas.

    The year on the name plate matches the year in which Galaxy Home Rec was founded (but the pool table is likely from sometime between the year 2000 and now).
