Identify Brunswick Pool Table Regina, Liberty, or Challenger

Identify Brunswick Pool Table Regina, Liberty, or Challenger

I recently bought a hybrid pool table which seems like it might have been built out of parts from two (or more) different pool tables.

Here is what I can tell you about it:

  • It has a Brunswick Regina base.
  • The top has metal pocket shields with a large "B" or possibly "SB" together. They are silver in color? The three slates are 1 1/8" thick.
  • It looks a lot like a Brunswick Liberty or Challenger.

The problem is that I can not seem to identify the large metal pocket shields.

I found some great articles about antique pool tables. They show a picture of the table and give the actual description from the original catalog. You can visit their site so that you can compare it with what you are looking. They all have amazing pool tables including the Brunswick Regina pool table.

I think Nashville Billiard has some of these for sale now...
