Identify and Value Antique Brunswick Balke-Collender Pool Table
I am trying to identify and value an antique Brunswick Balke-Collender pool table from the early 1900s.
It belongs to my father. It's an old pool table made by the Brunswick-Balke-Collender Co.
The patent plate shows a most-recent date of January 25th 1916
.
It is in pretty good condition.
I was wondering how old it might be and how much it might be worth.
I know it came out of a pool hall and he restored it about 30 years ago. I know it will need new cloth.

This looks like a Brunswick Madison pool table circa 1920.
The reason I say "looks like" is because your additional photos are still not great. There's still a lot of detail I can't see e.g. base of the legs, and the billiard table as a whole. It is hard to justify spending valuable time combing through piles of old Brunswick-Balke-Collender catalogs to double check without clear photos of the pool table.
Because of that, I still can't assess it's condition, so it's still not really possible to provide you with a value that's meaningful in any way.
It does look fairly beat up, so it's not worth a ton, in that condition. It might be worth $1000 to someone, if you're lucky, but anyone paying that kind of money will need to spend thousands of dollars more to restore the solid wood portions, and likely put new cushions, cloth, and pockets on it.
However, as with anything, your mileage may vary. Start high if you're listing it for sale and don't need it gone right away.
