Help Identifying Pool Table

Can anyone help me to identify this pool table?

It has a 3-piece, 3/4 inch slate. I received it disassembled and I cannot find a makers tag anywhere on the pool table.

    I can't see anything in those photos that would identify it as one brand or another.

    It appears to be a fairly generic residential-grade pool table from the 1970s-era.
