English Snooker Table by Jeffrey Bros Billiard Table Makers

I have an old english snooker table that is marked as #1 of 2 tables that came from England.

There is a plate on the table that reads:

Jeffrey Bros. Billiard Table Makers
291 City RD E.C.I.

This plate could be who restored the snooker table.

Could you please tell me where I could find out the value of this snooker table and how to go about researching it? I would love to know it's origin.
