Brunswick GT SS Pool Table?
I was looking at an older Brunswick table, owner thought 60's. The Brunswick name etc was burned into the rail. No mention of model designation. The back side of that rail had the # 932 which I took to be a serial number. In addition The letters GT SS were stenciled.in. The table is a 9" and what I saw the frame as it was taken apart was a broad base frame and had the look of the tables you might see in an older pool room.
Do any of the numbers letters mean anything to any one

I did a quick Google search and found squat.
You might send an inquiry to Brunswick and see what their recods department has to say about the whole thing.

I did some Google searches as well. I did send a message to Brunswick, it will be interesting to see if they come back with anything. I should have taken a picture but didn't have my camera.
It was disassembled. To me it looked like it could have been an old pool room table. Much like those seen in "The Hustler"

If it is indeed a Brunswick billiard table, then those stenciled letters give a few clues.
For Brunswick pool tables, the "GT" would be the "model" number, but I can not find any information on which "model name" that maps to.
I found many model number to model name mappings on this page (classicbilliards.net/html/servicemanuals.cfm), but not the one you are looking for. Keep an eye on that page for changes and updates and you may find something.
If you click on the images to enlarge, and you will see the "Models" are displayed on most covers.
The "SS" likely refers to "Slant Side" style of billiard table, but I am not positive.
Hope this helps, and please do let us know what you find out.
