Brunswick Gold Crown Indemnification

My bare rails have a rubber mounting angle of 23.5degrees. The Brunswick super speed rubber says it should be 28 degrees. Thickness of the rails are at 1-3/4”. They also call for a 1-7/16” nose height from the bed to the point of the rubber. If I mount these rails, the playing surface will be short by 1/4” both ways. Nose height will be 1-5/16”. What year was this table made? How can I correct this angle problem?
