I’m trying to find out when this 8-foot Brunswick Balke-Collender "Limited Edition" pool table was manufactured.

It's a more recent Brunswick pool table model.

In the early- to mid-2000s Brunswick released limited editions of some of their more popular models from the late 1800s and early 1900s, and I believe this is one of them.
