Value, Year, and Model of Brunswick Balke Collender Pool Table

I am trying to determine the year, model, and value of this Brunswick Balke Collender pool table.

I got this pool table from my father in law who bought it from a bar owner. The pool table was sitting in the bar since the early 1900's.

Does anyone know what kind of value is in this pool table? Thanks!

   I would date this at between 1912 and 1915. The only thing is that I've not ever come across this design in any of the old Brunswick Balke Collender catalogs.

   Old pool tables coming out of bars and old pool halls are often modified, retrofitted, or repaired beyond recognition from their original state, and I suspect this may be the case with the one pictured above.

   What is that material on the rails?

   As for value, I am afraid it's not likely to be worth much of anything beyond the usual minimal prices for a used pool table.
