Pool Cue Attachment for Amputee Pool Player

I'm looking for a slip on tip to go over my pool cue to act as an extension making it as though I had hands.

I had a massive stroke about 14 years ago and I lost the use of my whole right side.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to some attachments or aides I can use so that I can start over?
