Can anyone help me find contact information for Bill Stroud of Josswest cues?

My name is Jack Butera and I need to contact Mr. Bill Stroud to ask him to authenticate a 1990s Josswest pool cue that I picked up.

The butt cap was cracked and replaced so there are no markings of JW on the cue. It had a 1990s era "JW1990" butt cap originally.

I know for a fact that the cue is a Josswest cue, but I am unable to sell it without a letter of authenticity.

   I doubt it is still valid, but as I said, it's the latest I have.

   He is no longer in the business as far as I know (retired) so your request simply may not be possible. He had sold off his equipment a number of years ago.

   He does still hang around the forums at AZB. His username there is bstroud. His profile shows that he was active as recent as today, Dec 6, 2019. You could try sending him a private message through that site as well.
