Value of my Palmer Cues

Value of my Palmer Cues

I just bought a Palmer cue on eBay for $135, and I have another Palmer cue that I traded my $200 bass guitar and $75 for. That one needs to be re-wrapped with Irish linen.

I don't know how much they are worth except for the old saying they are worth what you can get for them.

I don't know if they have hidden numbers somewhere to indicate the model. I am not new to cues (I have a Jacoby, a Pechauer, a $2000 McDermott Knight cue, and an Adam Helmsetter original cue) so I am a bit more than a rookie. However, I don't have a cue bible to look up the prices.

PS. My son Thor has a Meucci cue that he snagged from Sadaam Hussein's palace in Iraq. It is gorgeous but the shaft is warped. Bummer!

We can't help you whatsoever without seeing the two Palmer cues you are trying to value. There are "original" Palmer cues, and "newer" Palmer cues. Both very different from one another in quality, design, manufacture, and value, and the two aren't related at all.

I assume the part about the Meucci cue above was a joke.

I watch eBay regularly and I haven’t seen anything that was a real Palmer cue.

But as the owner of this website said, we really need photos to see for sure.
