Meucci SE-8 Cue with "S24" Instead of Serial Number

Can anyone help identify a Meucci Special Edition 8 (SE VIII) cue with "S24" in place of the usual serial number"?

I'm looking to find out what the "S24" means on this Meucci Special Edition SE8 / SE VIII cue.

I have seen other models that just have the 3 numbers in the same place where mine says "S24"

Any info is appreciated. Thanks!
