Cue Maker, Value, Info About American Flag Pool Cue

I am trying to find the cue maker, value, and/or any information of any kind about this pool cue.

The cue has the american flag on it... the butt sleeve is the stars and the grip area is the stripes. The forearm appears to have 4 points.

The connections are made of brass or another non magnetic metal, and I don’t know how to tell if that is ivory or not!

There are no marks, stamps, or words of any kind on the pool cue.

I don't recognize this pool cue from the photos.

If the design appears to be either painted on, or appears to be a decal of some type, then it's probably not worth more than $50.
