   They are lower-quality promotional items. They aren't really worth anything beyond their utility value.

   They are from the low-end Steve Mizerak brand (I think by Escalade Sports if I'm not mistaken).

   You'd have seen this brand in big box stores in the 1990s for under $30.

   They sell on eBay all of the time for between $10 and $20 give or take. You can find them on other auction and classified sites for prices like $6, etc.
