Does anyone know where I can get a replacement shaft made for a Palmer Model 11 cue?

I don't have it with me right now, but I have been trying like crazy to find someone who can make me a couple of new shafts for it. However, I can't find anyone.

Where can I have a replacement Palmer shaft made?
