   You can do it yourself but you need a tension devise and something to chuck up the cue and rotate it slowly.

   My handle was given me when I built my own Fenwick fishing rods. Rapping the eyes with thread was part of the procedure. I was a Machinist by trade.

   Later in life I was a coil winder. Built transformers from ranch runners to large pole mounted units.
